What is Web accessibility?
In general, web accessibility is to make the Web and its services available for the highest number of citizens. According to SGQRI 008, it is the ability of the content of a Webpage to be viewed by everyone, disabled or not, with or without computer adaptation technology, irrespective of the user agent used or the constraints linked to the context of use. This definition is applied to Webpages, documents that can be downloaded, video files, and vector animation. An accessible Website is designed, for example, so that a disabled person, regardless of their disability and the methods that they use mitigate them, can not only perceive and understand the contents of the site but also browse and interact effectively.
