| As of April 1st, 2010, the only way to submit a notice of map designation is through the GESTIM Plus website. All applications submitted by other means will not be considered.
Directive
The directive will be in effect as of April 1st, 2010. It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.
The directive has been adopted under the provisions of section 47 of the Mining Act (L.R.Q., c. M-13.1).
The accepted means to submit a notice of map designation for a claim shall be through:
